Class Regulations​

To ensure training quality, classroom safety, and order, participants and parents are requested to adhere to the following regulations:

​

• Participants must wear "BFA" jersey and non-marking sports shoes during classes, and bring their own racket and water. The academy will provide shuttlecocks and other training equipment.

• Participants must complete a health questionnaire upon registration. Those under 18 years old require a consent form signed by a guardian.

• It is recommended that participants purchase personal accident insurance. Assistance can be sought from the association if needed.The academy shall not be liable or responsible for compensation for accidents resulting from participants' failure to follow venue or coach instructions.

• Participants must comply with the coach's instructions and arrangements. Violators may have their course  terminated, with no refund or transfer of paid fees.​

Leave and Make-Up Class Arrangements

​

• Absences without prior notice, including same-day or post-event notifications, are considered invalid and will not be eligible for make-up classes (except for medical leave).

• No leave is permitted except for medical reasons, which must be supported by a doctor's certificate. Make-up classes must be completed within the same term; otherwise, they will be forfeited without refund.

• If a participant withdraws from the course for any reason, paid fees will not be refunded or transferred.​

Adverse Weather Arrangements

​

• If a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted two hours before the class, the class will be canceled, and fees will be deducted from the next term's tuition.

• If the above signals are lifted two hours before the class, the class will proceed as scheduled. Absences due to personal reasons will not be eligible for make-up classes or refunds.

• For the latest weather arrangements, please refer to Beyond Fitness's "Instant Message Announcements" or contact the coach.

 

Training Venue

​

• Due to limited availability and difficulties in securing venues from the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, the academy cannot fully guarantee venue stability. Venues or schedules may change or classes may be suspended.

• If there is insufficient court, classes may need to be conducted in the activity room or outdoors, and parents will be notified accordingly.​ 

• If classes are suspended due to venue issues, fees will be deducted from the next term's tuition.

• Venue and course details will be communicated weekly via the WhatsApp group.

The academy reserves the right to make final decisions regarding any changes or disputes.
