  • How to choose a badminton racket for children?
Children's height and strength are the main factors when choosing a racket. Children are generally recommended to use lightweight rackets, which reduce the strain on their hands, increase flexibility, improve hitting accuracy and boost confidence. We suggest that children with a height of 110cm or above can use lightweight adult rackets (4U/5U) with a grip size of G5/G6, while those below 110cm should opt for children rackets. If needed, you can ask our coaches to purchase for you.
