Tailored to each participant’s skill level, the program offers training plans suitable for all ages and abilities. Through professional coaching and consistent practice, participants can improve their skills, boost physical fitness, and enjoy the fun of badminton while achieving holistic personal growth.

Target:Beginner
Course Content:
• Small Group Instruction: based on skill level
for tailored learning and practice.
• Basic Knowledge: Covers the rules of
badminton; teaches and reinforces proper
striking techniques and various footwork
patterns.
• Diverse Teaching Methods: Includes basic
drills, multi-shuttlecock exercises, partner
practice, matches, games, and scientific
fitness training.
Beginner Course

Intermediate Course
Course Content:
• Technique: Master advanced badminton skills
and refine technical precision.
• Tactics: Learn various tactical applications and
develop practical match-play abilities.
• Fitness: Engage in sport-specific physical
training, injury prevention, and relaxation/
recovery techniques.
• Mindset: Improve mental resilience for
competition and adaptability under pressure.
Target: with a basic foundation in badminton who aim to enhance their competitiveness.

Elite Course
Target: Highly skilled participants aspiring to compete in tournaments or pursue a career as professional athletes.
